Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Strong AR Collection history
Proficient with QuickBooks, QBO and NetSuite
Proficient with Excel
Work with Open Invoice
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties for multiple companies and Managers
Working with vendors and payables
Working with customers and receivables
Onboard new employees
Bank deposits and other errands
Any and all other office duties required
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
Proficient with QuickBooks, QBO and NetSuite
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
