We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team. This position will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing front desk operations, and performing data entry tasks to support the accounting department.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Perform data entry tasks for the accounting department accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure front desk security procedures.
- Answer and route phone calls and take messages as needed.
- Support office administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional office training is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, ERP Netsuite).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a clerical role preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
