We are presently looking for an . The successful candidate will become part of a team both at the location and throughout the province in sustainable recycling. Helping keep our province clean while contributing to the Green Economy.

Office Administrator/Cashier

Duties Include:

- General office duties, including serving customers, entering scale weights, answering/directing calls, etc.

- Entering/organizing customer account payables and assisting accounting staff with issues as they arise.

- Customer relations, including inquiries, and preparing cash disbursements.

- Entering shipping weights and tracking trucking information.

- Other duties, as directed by senior management.

Completion of Office Administration or related program would be an asset in addition to 3 year’s experience in a position with similar duties. Knowledge and experience with digital scales systems, Excel, and MS Office are key requirements. Certificate of Good Conduct is required.

Job hours are 8-5, Monday through Friday.
