Occupational Therapist (OTR) – Bronx

Position Overview: EverSource Staffing is recruiting Occupational Therapists (OTRs) on behalf of a trusted partner organization for a school-based therapy position in the Bronx. This in-person role offers immediate opportunities with flexible scheduling — ideal for therapists looking to supplement their current caseload or take on a full schedule. Plus, a new documentation app is now in place, saving 5+ hours of paperwork every week.

Compensation: $115-130 per hour (1099 Contractor Role)

Responsibilities:

- Provide Occupational Therapy services to general and special education students

- Deliver in-person care at school sites throughout the Bronx

- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress

- Use the new app to simplify documentation and reduce admin work

- Follow all NYS and DOE guidelines for school-based therapy

Requirements:

- NYS Occupational Therapy License (required)

- School-based or pediatric experience preferred

- Strong communication, time management, and clinical documentation skills

- Newly licensed OTs are welcome to apply

- Must be available to work on-site in the Bronx
