Job Summary:
This position is critical to streamlining our business operations and enhancing our efficiency across finance, inventory, manufacturing, and procurement functions.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead the full cycle implementation of NetSuite ERP, including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, logistics, sales) to identify business needs and translate them into NetSuite workflows.
•
Configure NetSuite modules such as Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, CRM, and Procurement.
•
Customize dashboards, reports, workflows, and roles to suit business processes.
•
Train internal users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
•
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with NetSuite support or external consultants as needed.
•
Provide post-implementation support and optimize NetSuite use based on evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
•
Proven experience with NetSuite ERP implementation (1–3 full-cycle implementations preferred).
•
Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially within manufacturing, inventory, and finance.
•
Experience in business process mapping, workflow design, and data migration.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Effective communication and training skills.
•
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Preferred:
•
NetSuite certification (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or Consultant).
•
Experience with manufacturing or distribution industries.
•
Previous experience integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms.

Pay: $62,508.00 - $65,051.00 per year
