Role:The Contract Administrator will report to the Manager of Inside Sales and support the business by managing the awarded contracts from entry to shipment. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, as well as Manufacturing and Sales, the incumbent will need to act as customer liaison and contract negotiator to ensure customer purchase orders and contracts can be processed following Crane Nuclear’s Quality Assurance program and industry regulations. The incumbent will be responsible for document submittals, handling customer issues and requests for status updates, and export compliance when applicable.

Order Review Process: Manage the Nuclear program order review process by engaging with Quality and Engineering teams to review new or updated contracts for compliance and acceptance.
Customer Concerns: Receive and process customer concerns and status inquiries covering products ordered.
Order Facilitation: Facilitate proper hand-off of received orders to downstream teams (Manufacturing and/or Engineering and Quality).
Contract Support: Support open contracts by ensuring customer submittals are sent and approvals are received on schedule.
Issue Management: Track and manage open contract issues to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Coordination: Coordinate with shipping and sales team for order shipments.
Export Compliance: Prepare export documents and ensure compliance with all export requirements and regulations.
Visual Management: Update and maintain Visual Management Boards.
Problem Solving: Problem solve as necessary, finding root cause(s) and implementing improvement actions.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities to drive or support continuous improvement.
Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Ability to develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships across all departments to achieve common goals.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving customer complaints and contract issues.
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, both orally and in written form.
General knowledge of purchasing procedures and supply chain.

Salary range: $55K/yr to $76K/yr. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Compensation packages also include comprehensive benefits, performance-based bonus, 401K contribution and match, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and more.
