Location: Office-Based – Supporting Projects at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 DOE + Full Benefits

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Contract Administrator to support subcontractor procurement, compliance, and change order management on our LAX project portfolio. This office-based role plays a key part in ensuring subcontractor activity aligns with CMAR contract terms, LAWA labor requirements, and California DIR public works regulations. You'll report to the Preconstruction Manager and work closely with the field and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinate the solicitation, tracking, and organization of subcontractor bids
•Vet subcontractors for licensing, insurance, capacity, and relevant experience
•Review proposals for scope completeness, exclusions, and contract compliance
•Assist with subcontract drafting, execution, and documentation
•Ensure subcontractor compliance with:
•LAWA Project Labor Agreement (PLA)
•California DIR labor code and prevailing wage laws
•Labor compliance systems such as LCP Tracker and B2GNow
•Maintain up-to-date subcontractor records (DIR registration, insurance, workforce data)
•Support subcontractor change order tracking and negotiation
•Assist with project documentation and closeout
What You Bring
Required:
•3–6 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or construction compliance
•Prior experience supporting CMAR projects
•Strong understanding of California public works and labor compliance (DIR, prevailing wage, certified payroll)
•Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document management systems
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
•Prior work on LAWA or other airport projects
•Familiarity with LCP Tracker, B2GNow, or similar platforms
•Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
