NC Machinist A (2nd shift)

We are currently seeking qualified individual to join our team NC Machinists on 2nd shift.

Responsabilities

- Perform all turning, milling, boring, and threading operations on Multi-axis NC equipment in an acceptable manner within drawing tolerances while meeting production standards

- Work from production orders, QCIs, drawings, and written instructions and may be asked to work a variety of machines

Your profile

- High school diploma or GED

- Minimum 3 years' experience on 4 or 5 axis NC equipment

- Proven knowledge of NC formats and conventions

- Strong knowledge of shop math

- Understanding of drawing conventions

- Demonstrated ability to understand and operate various NC systems and controls

- Familiarity with inspection equipment to ensure work is within drawing tolerances

- Must be able to tool prove new programs and make edits in NC programs to ensure job to go into production

- Maintain control of NC equipment in automatic mode, Manual Data Input (MDI) mode, or manual mode
