TK Modular Systems Inc. (TKMS) is a custom fabricator with an in-house team of professionals dedicated to the engineering, design, fabrication and delivery of Integrated Process Modular Systems.

Our services include Preliminary and Detailed Process Design, 3-D Modeling, Modular Construction, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Installation, Start-Up and Commissioning.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Metal Finisher/Polisher

Execute mechanical activities relating to construction and fabrication of Stainless Steel piping systems, equipment, maintenance and repair of equipment.

Candidates with varying years of experience will be considered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications to execute fabrication of piping systems, equipment tie-ins and piping system repairs.

Set up components and/or structures for polishing according to specifications (surface finish requirements).

Polish, grind or cut materials using angle grinders as required.

Perform mechanical installation and related maintenance work as required.

On occasion perform off-site re-assembly, installation, modification or other related assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with polishing of steel materials.

Experience with stainless steel piping systems.

Experience with grinder

Kitchen equipment, store fixture experience would be assets.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Must be capable of operating polishing equipment or grinder for entire shift.

Overtime may be required.

Required to use safety and personal protective equipment when on production floor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$34.00 per hour
