Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechatronics Engineer (Test & Automation) located in Vancouver, BC. The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing systems, conducting routine maintenance and repair, and working on the development and refinement of electromechanical and electronic systems. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that product designs meet the required standards and performance goals.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Mechatronics, including integrating mechanical, electronic, and control systems

- Strong background in Electrical Engineering and Electronics

- Experience with Electromechanics and troubleshooting mechanical or electronic systems

- Skills in Maintenance & Repair of automated or industrial machinery

- Proficiency in programming and control system development is an asset

- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work in teams

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

- Knowledge of industrial automation and testing practices is an advantage
