Pay: $20.24 – $23.75 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Most employees start between $20.25-$22.00/hour. The higher end of the range, $23.75/hour, is reserved for candidates with exceptional experience or qualifications. This is a swing shift position that runs Monday - Thursday, 1 PM - 11:30 PM.
- Observe load hookup and determine the safety of the load.
- Manipulate or depress crane control buttons, to regulate the speed and direction of crane and hoist movement.
- Use hoisting attachments such as hook, sling, or bucket as load requires.
- Cleans and maintains a crane and hoisting mechanism.
- Inspect crane for defective parts and notify supervisors of defects or malfunctions.

- High school diploma or GED
- Warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
- Able to read, write, and communicate clearly
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Able to follow instructions and solve routine problems

GED or High School degree and 2 years related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Produces an appropriate quantity and quality of work; able to determine project urgency in a meaningful and practical way.

- Anticipates and recognized problems; communicates to supervisor in a timely manner.

- Basic math including fractions, decimals, and chart reading.
- Able to utilize basic computer programs including email, and production software.
- Competent with operations of cleaning, packaging, and skid-building equipment.
- Competent with forklift operations.
- Competent with overhead crane operations and below-hook devices.
