At Buechel Stone, our marketing team is driving bold initiatives-from a refreshed website and updated branding to a brand-new product catalog and the launch of our custom magazine, Stone Journal. We have audacious goals for our future, and we're looking for someone who's eager to leverage digital tools and strategies to help us get there.

Roles & Responsibilities

•

Manage our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

•

Maintain a consistent email marketing cadence.

•

Implement a targeted paid digital advertising strategy.

•

Help develop and implement marketing campaigns using marketing automation system.

•

Assist in basic website updates, such as adding new photos.

•

Be an excellent communicator, particularly with written communication.

•

Have great time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines.

•

Assist with event planning and promotion.

•

Uphold the Buechel brand standards across all marketing content.

•

Additional marketing projects as they arise.

•

Assist with CRM list management for both marketing and sales purposes.

•

Adhere to the goals outlined in our annual Marketing Plan.

•

Provide in-person assistance at Design Center events as needed.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

•

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required, or equivalent work experience

•

Certifications in digital advertising or digital marketing preferred

•

Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)

•

Be comfortable with one-on-one and group communications at all levels within the company.

•

Have strong organizational skills.

•

Have the ability to handle multiple high level, time sensitive projects at the same time.

•

Be a little creative, with some basic design experience and capabilities (Canva and/or Adobe Suite).

•

Possess strong written communication skills while adhering to the brand voice and tone guidelines.

•

Experience with and ability to adhere to all brand standards.

•

Event planning and promotion experience.

Work Conditions

•

Works primarily in an office setting, occasionally in manufacturing areas and outdoor conditions including varying weather

•

Hours will be full-time
