We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Deland, FL office! (NOT Digital Marketing Manager)
- This is an in-person position in our Deland location (5 days in office, no remote/WFH).

Summary: Responsible for executing the strategy and managing the marketing activity across the product lines associated the specific assigned product sector(s)
- Develop the marketing plans for the product sector(s), including customer acquisition strategies, communication strategies, and lead generation strategies.
- Utilize modern methods of communication targeting customers in the construction cycle, from the investment stage to sales transaction, leading to customer retention and loyalty.
- Promote products and solutions through PR, advertising, and direct marketing, both online and offline.
- Management of agency and partners on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Design and deliver marketing collateral for the sales teams and the marketplace. Examples include brochures, presentations, case studies, and technical guides.
- Apply product marketing compliance requirements as detailed in Kingspan’s Marketing Integrity Manual.
- Co-ordinate suitable events such as tradeshows, roadshows, lunch and learns, webinars, including coordinating production of displays and booths.
- Manage customer events and promote the company in the best possible way.
- Continuous day -to-day sales/technical team support to improve the stakeholders' experience.
- Use CRM to manage leads and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with management to develop, plan, and manage the Marketing budget, including resource allocation decisions.
- Measure the performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of campaign spend as it relates to lead generation.
- Conduct data analytics to measure effectiveness and evaluate opportunities to optimize activities.
- Manage other strategic initiatives and/or operational functions as needed.
- Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance.
- Follow Compliance requirements per “KNA-SOP-1705 Compliance Roles and Responsibilities.”
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related discipline.
- Min 7 years relevant marketing program execution experience.
- Understanding of the construction industry is an asset.
- Experience in working with advertising, creative, and/or media agencies.
- Proven leadership abilities with a demonstrated potential to manage people.
- Must have experience in Building products, Specification, Construction and/or B2B building products.
- Up to 20% travel
- Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Experience updating websites using CMS tools.
- Experience using CRM software for marketing purposes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including exceptional spelling and grammar.
- Proven ability to build relationships across various functional teams.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented team player with a keen interest in sustainable building.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, flexibility, and ability to manage and reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Highly organized and proficient in project management.
