We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Supervisor / Foreman to lead a small production team responsible for assembling, calibrating, and manufacturing downhole pressure and temperature gauges. The ideal candidate brings strong technical capability, experience training production personnel, and a solid understanding of welding, assembly, and manufacturing processes. This role also interfaces regularly with our ERP system for purchasing, planning, and work order management.

- Supervise, mentor, and develop a small manufacturing team, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Train staff on assembly procedures, welding best practices, calibration methods, and inspection techniques.

- Champion Quality Control throughout the manufacturing process.
- Oversee daily production activities for the assembly of downhole pressure and temperature sensing tools.
- Perform hands‑on support in assembly, welding setup, troubleshooting, and test operations when needed.
- Ensure manufacturing processes follow documented work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements.
- Apply knowledge of welding procedures (micro‑TIG, laser welding, hermetic sealing) to guide operators and ensure process compliance.
- Interpret engineering drawings, electrical and mechanical schematics, and assembly documentation.
- Support development of new or improved manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures.
- Oversee calibration of sensors and test equipment following established procedures.
- Ensure incoming components meet specifications through visual and dimensional inspection.
- Work with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve nonconformances.
- Utilize the company ERP system for:
- Inventory management
- Purchasing of materials and components
- Monitoring production status and reporting progress
- Collaborate with supply chain to maintain material availability and reduce production bottlenecks.

- Engage vendors to resolve supply needs promptly
- Coordinate urgent or rush shipments to meet operational timelines

- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring small teams.
- Familiarity with welding methods and welding procedure documentation.
- Understanding of electromechanical assembly practices.
- Experience with ERP systems for planning, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings.
