Manager Trainee

This position will be located at our Girard OH location

Position Overview:

As a Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to develop your leadership skills and operational knowledge. You will work closely with experienced managers across various departments, including production, quality control, logistics, and safety. This role will provide you with a solid foundation for a future management position within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of steel manufacturing operations.

- Collaborate with department managers to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

- Assist in monitoring production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Engage in team projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs.

- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

- Contribute to reports and presentations for senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Previous internships or experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

- Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings
