Job Overview:

Our Management Trainee program is designed to prepare you for a future leadership role. You’ll rotate through key departments, gaining hands-on experience in sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to support business objectives and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

- Problem-Solving: Assist in addressing operational challenges, finding effective solutions to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.

- Learning and Development: Participate in training and development programs to improve leadership, business acumen, and management skills.

- Customer Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential customers in-store to generate new business opportunities

Qualifications:

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Prior experience in marketing, brand management, or team leadership is preferred but not required.
