Manager Operational Excellence

Are you passionate about driving excellence in Safety, Quality, and Operational Performance? GasTech Engineering is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Leader to champion our gas processing equipment projects from concept to completion.

This role is critical to ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of quality assurance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver results that are not only efficient—but safe, sustainable, and built to last.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead ISO 9001:2015 and ASME certification efforts.

- Oversee in-process inspections and root cause analysis to uphold product integrity.

- Manage NCR/CAPA processes and communicate findings clearly to customers.

- Drive continuous improvement using Lean Principles and the GasTech Operational Excellence Program.

- Develop and monitor safety programs aligned with OSHA standards.

- Promote a proactive safety culture through training, risk assessments, and employee engagement.

- Participate in HAZOP and customer review meetings to ensure safety and quality are never compromised.

Requirements:

What You Bring:

- BS/MS in Engineering or Quality discipline preferred.

- Experience in heavy manufacturing, lean/six sigma, and EPC projects.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Familiarity with ISO environments, blueprint reading, and project management tools like Primavera.

- A team-first mindset with a drive for excellence.
