The Director focusing on efficiency is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for crafting and implementing strategies to advance core operational areas. - Coordinating improvement goals, tracking important metrics, leading technology implementation, encouraging operational efficiency, collaborating on service improvement, providing progress updates, and assisting project evaluations.
- The ability to provide coaching throughout multiple levels of the organization will also be vital to help drive a culture of perfection.
- Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across the RNA organization to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams in the analysis of processes, identification of inefficiencies, and the development of solutions to streamline operations.
- Apply Lean methodologies when necessary to improve process enhancements.
- Work with senior management to integrate principles of operational efficiency into field service planning and implementation
- Work together with senior management to develop a communication and cultural shift plan to achieve success- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 20+ years in operations management.
- Ideally the candidate will have experience working with high performing power generation companies.
- The role requires a proven track record of leading teams for improvements, in-depth knowledge of the generation business, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
- Strong project management, understanding of supply chain, data analysis proficiency, root cause analysis ability, leadership skills, and strategic thinking are also required. Additional required traits include being proactive, innovative, detail-oriented, ethical, and adaptable.
