The Internal Business Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position oversees the operations team, coordinates cross-departmental workflows, and drives continuous improvement across administrative and field support functions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing team leadership with hands-on operational management. You’ll be responsible for keeping people, processes, and priorities aligned to maintain a high-performing, well-supported organization.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support the operations team to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring workflows are efficient, deadlines are met, and company standards are upheld.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and refine operational systems to increase productivity, communication, and organizational effectiveness.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with other departments to streamline coordination, resolve challenges, and align goals across teams.
Vendor & Resource Management: Oversee vendor relationships, facility needs, and resource allocation to ensure operational reliability and cost efficiency.
Event & Project Coordination: Lead planning and execution of company meetings, internal events, and special projects, ensuring seamless organization and execution.
Reporting & Accountability: Track key operational metrics, monitor team performance, and report progress to leadership to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
Employee & Office Support: Foster a positive and supportive work environment by ensuring employees have the tools, systems, and resources needed to perform at their best.
- 2+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of follow-through.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to plan and manage events or cross-departmental initiatives.
- Proficiency with office management software and tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs before they arise.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (in-office)
Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)- 401(k)
