At Husky, we believe great work starts with a great workplace. As a family- and veteran-owned business, we prioritize people — from day one. That means you’re eligible for insurance and 401(k) benefits on your first day, with generous company contributions and a wide range of health plan options to support you and your family.
We operate with purpose and clarity, guided by our five core pillars: Safety, Quality, Customer Loyalty, Team Building, and Productivity. These values drive every decision we make — from how we support our team to how we serve our customers.
We’re proud of the long-term commitment of our team. Many Husky employees have been with us for decades — some for over 40 years. That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident. We’ve built a culture where people want to stay, grow, and be part of our Husky family.
We want to invest in your future, offering tuition reimbursement to help you build your skills and career, and a uniform reimbursement program to keep you equipped for success. We work smart with a four-day, 10-hour shift model, and keep things comfortable with a climate-controlled production floor. Whether you're using our on-site gym with a personal trainer, enjoying company-sponsored monthly food and game events, or taking advantage of free quarterly financial training, you’ll find plenty of ways to grow, connect, and thrive.
We reward your dedication with yearly bonus potential, growing paid time off - already earning 3 weeks in your first, and wellness incentives — including credits that can significantly reduce (or even eliminate) your medical insurance cost. Company-provided life insurance is also part of our commitment to your well-being.
With quarterly companywide meetings, we keep communication clear and transparent. If you’re looking for a place where your hard work is seen, supported, and celebrated — welcome to Husky.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in a factory production floor environment.
