Shifts Available and Hours: 12-hour day shift 7AM-7PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Serve as a first responder to equipment issues, diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical malfunctions efficiently.

- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective repairs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.

- Integrate and troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems, including sensors, motors, relays, valves, pumps, and power supplies.

- Interpret and apply detailed technical documentation and schematics.

- Proactively generate work orders based on PM findings and equipment observations.

- Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.

- Monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance effectiveness.

- Uphold 5S standards and ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in plant instrumentation, electrical systems, and controls troubleshooting and repair.

- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Technical degree with a focus on Industrial Maintenance preferred, not required.

- Forklift certification and OSHA training are preferred, but not required.
