Groundskeeper

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a facilities groundskeeper who is responsible for the maintenance and care of our outdoor areas. This role would play a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of grounds to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for all employees, visitors, and our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

- Keep the grounds clean and free of debris, including trash removal and sweeping walkways, driveways and parking areas

- Collaborates with external contractor for specialized services related to the upkeep of facility grounds

- Coordinate with management to address any groundskeeping needs or concerns

- Upkeep of environmental conservation practices such as recycling

- Assist the execution of preventative maintenance program, pest control, sanitizing common areas in rest rooms and showroom

- Coordinate with supervisors, team members or other departments to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

- Must have valid drivers license

- Able to plan, prioritize, and multi-task

- Attention to detail

- Maintain a positive attitude

- Adaptability to work in different settings as per seasonal demands
