Maintenance Electrical Journeyman - CAMP

Techmation Electric & Controls Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Red Seal Journeyman Electrician for a full-time maintenance position northwest of Rainbow Lake, AB with our Airdrie branch. This is a camp position that offers a 14/14 shift, non-modified, fly in/fly out with flights provided from Edmonton. 8 hours regular, 3 hours overtime daily, day 10-11 will be all overtime.

Techmation works on a variety of industrial oil and gas maintenance projects throughout Western Canada. As a successful applicant, you will have the opportunity to work on full-time, long-term maintenance projects with well-established and reputable clients.

Requirements:

- Journeyman Electrician certificate with Red Seal endorsement

- Must have previous maintenance experience, troubleshooting, comfortable working with medium voltage

- 5 years of maintenance experience on Industrial Oil & Gas facilities

- Candidates must have valid Energy Safety Canada H2S Alive & Fall Protection, Standard First Aid – Level A or C with CPR/AED, and CSTS 2020 Fundamentals certificates

- Valid Class 5 drivers license with clean driving record

- Excellent communication and organizational skills are required

- Able to independently manage time, workload and be self-motivated

- Must have general computer skills and a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, & Adobe

- A pre-employment drug and alcohol test is required prior to employment
