Employee Referral Bonus

Effective August 9, 2021, any employee who refers a person for employment at any of the Huron Casting family of companies will be paid $1000 for each referral who is hired full-time to work at one of our companies. To be eligible, the new full-time employee must work 90 working days.

Employees who refer new part-time employees will be paid $500 after the part-time employee works 45 working days.

Machinist job in the Blue Diamond Steel Casting Pattern Shop. Primary job responsibility will be making new parts for machinery.
