Lot Attendant - FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING CENT

LOT ATTENDANT NEEDED

BryMak & Associates, Inc., a Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business, is sekeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of our fleet, ensuring vehicles are ready for customer use, and supporting overall lot operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles in our fleet.

Inspect returned vehicles for damage and report any findings.

Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness of the lot.

Present a professional appearance while representing the company.

Operate and maintain the automated car wash.

Inspect tires, wiper blades, and other key vehicle components.

Report any check engine lights or maintenance issues to management.

Assist with other lot duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.

Reliable and punctual.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.78 per hour
