- Respond to customer and sales staff inquiries.
- Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

- Track and correct shipping errors.
- Prepare bills and invoices.
- Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.
- Coordinate and track supply chain operations through effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors.
- Keep organized logs and records of executed shipments.
- Plan and track shipments (including costs and timelines) according to customer and company requests.
- Use logistics IT to monitor and optimize shipping procedures.
- Prepare detailed, accurate reports for management support.
- Analyze logistics-related data and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Know, follow, and enforce all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work quickly and efficiently.

- Experience with FedEx, UPS and LTL based shipping systems.
- Experience with international shipping and customs documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Experience with commercial carrier booking and regulations.
- Prefer at least 4 years of logistics experience in either manufacturing or distribution.
