Job description
We are searching for a Logistics Planner with previous experience in the field to provide service in the US and will receive backup from our main headquarters in Spain as well as from our US team. Main tasks will include but are not limited to:
•Create delivery plans and adequately communicate relevant information to the parties involved (import/export, PM, Purchasing and finance)
•Work with carriers and customs brokers to clear shipments through customs in a timely manner.
•Understand customer delivery requirements and ensure all needs are met.
•Monitor potential cost variances against the defined rate card and customizations.
•Ensure accurate tracking of shipments, recording of movements in the various systems and accuracy of schedules.
•Review contractual terms and conditions with project managers.
•Keep abreast of changes in import/export regulations and compliance issues.
•Maintain records of all shipments including documentation, tracking numbers and contact information.
•Resolve logistical issues during the shipping process, such as documentation anomalies, damages, missing items and any problems you may suggest during shipment.
•Inform the appropriate parties (internal support department and customers).

Requirements:
•Business Administration studies or similar
•3 years at least of experience in supply chain, renewable energy sector or related industries.
•Experience using SAP logistic module, Oracle SCM or similar (must).
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel advanced must)
•Intermediate Spanish is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
