A division of an established aerospace company is looking to add a Supply Chain Specialist. This position will be responsible for Inventory Management, Coordinating Logistics, Data Analysis, ensuring timely deliveries and collaborating between departments to include sales, production, planning and shipping.
This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This role may require occasional extended hours and weekend work to support company objectives.
· Ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time
· Prepare reports for OTD (On Time Deliveries), Monthly Shipments, Tracking Scrap, Collecting Yield Data, Schedule Adherence Tracking and any additional as needed
· Work with team members in shipping, receiving, purchasing, planning and production control
· Sourcing transportation, creating quotes for inbound and outbound shipments
· Minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience working as a manufacturing supply chain specialist
· Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite
· Preferred experience with MRP, ERP management, and work order management
· Ability to analyze and interpret a large amount of data
· Ability to analyze technical data and translate into actionable tasks
· High level understanding of ERP data and data governance
