Position Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the efficient movement of products, coordinating shipments, and ensuring successful and compliant logistics operations. This role will collaborate with suppliers, carriers and across all company departments to facilitate timely and cost-effective delivery of products and inventory management.

7:30 am -
4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Essential Functions:
•Ensures the quality of all environmental and logistics services provided meets the required regulatory and internal quality standards.
•Oversees environmental drivers including tankers, roll offs and dry vans and office staff.
•Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure customer satisfaction, to include LTL and parcel shipments when necessary.
•Collaborate with customers, carriers and warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and inventory levels.
•Prepares shipping documentation, including bill of ladings, manifests, packing lists, product labels, and customs forms.
•Aids in developing and deploying processes that make the supply chain operations more efficient and streamlined.
•Ensures compliance with company and safety standards, regulations and requirements.
•Manages the inventory and movement of hazardous and universal waste shipments.
•Use a computer for entering orders, investigating overdue orders, and preparing various reports as needed.
•Utilize dispatch program for delivery route creation and optimization.
•Monitor shipping progress, track delivery status, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
•Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to minimize costs and improve delivery efficiencies.
•Manage and develop department drivers including timecards, performance evaluations and driver DOT renewal notifications.
•Maintain rail car and tank inventory level tracking including managing samples and analytics.
•Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement to support company goals and initiatives.
•Assist with maintaining the operational readiness of an off-site bulk storage and distillation facility.
•Performs other duties as assigned.

•High school diploma or Associate’s degree.
•Industry certifications are a plus.
•Minimum of 3-5 years of logistics or dispatch experience.
•Proficient in using logistics software, tracking systems and Microsoft Office software.
•Strong knowledge of DOT and RCRA regulations.
