The Role

Schlam Americas is hiring a Planning and Supply Manager to take full ownership of supply chain operations across the Americas. Based in Dallas, Texas, you’ll report to the GM Global Supply Chain and work closely with the President of Schlam Americas. You’ll be responsible for making sure every part of our supply chain from planning to production, sourcing to delivery runs smoothly, stays on track and meets customer needs across North America.

This is a high-impact role for someone ready to lead, solve problems quickly and improve how we move products from factory to field.

What You’ll Do

You’ll run the full supply chain across the US, Mexico, and Canada. You’ll lead planning, procurement, logistics and supplier performance. You’ll track results, fix issues and keep everything aligned to customer demand.
