LIMESTONE DRAFTSMAN

Position: Limestone Draftsman

Salary: Compensation based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare detailed CAD drawings and shop drawings for stone fabrication.

· Interpret architectural and landscape drawings and translate them into accurate stone shop drawings.

· Collaborate with project managers, customers, architects, and fabricators to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

· Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications.

· Revise drawings as required based on feedback from clients or internal teams.

· Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives for projects.

Requirements:

· Experience as a draftsman, preferably in the stone, construction or architectural industry a plus.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

· Ability to read and interpret architectural and landscape drawings or ability to be trained to do so.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

· Positive attitude and a willingness to learn the detail oriented lucrative business that we are in.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is a plus.

· Strong understanding of stone materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques are not mandatory, but a plus.
