The job holder will be a member of the Pellet crew, responsible for distribution on the water softening product lines.
Please note that the candidate will be required to successfully complete a background check and medical/audio exam upon offer acceptance. Windsor Salt is a unionized facility (Unifor Local 1959); the successful candidate will be required to join the union upon commencement of employment.
- Safe operation of automated and mobile equipment
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of equipment
- Effectively communicating with the production and maintenance teams
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Contributing to the operations team by accomplishing other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing and processing environment
- Experience with automated and mobile equipment will be considered an asset
- Minimum high school diploma, post-secondary education, or other certifications will be considered an asset
