- Create and maintain and file all Driver, Mechanic and Swamper personnel files and review driver logs database
- Maintain, send statements, balance, reconcile and keep track of Master Card Credit accounts and cards.
- Maintain records and renewals for apportioned fleet units.
- Monthly Licensing and New Vehicles and Sold Units.
- Prepare and maintain records for Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (HVUT) and prorated mileage requirements.
- Receive and maintain reports, mileage, apportioned miles for small vehicles.
- Driver Expenses maintain and verify.
- Report and create files for all incident reports.
- Maintain in strict confidence all Random and Pre-Employment Drug results DOT and Non DOT and inform terminal superintendents.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education with two to five (2-5) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively with the ability to produce accurate work within regular deadlines.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must reside in or relocate to Casper, Wyoming.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
