We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Clerk, Billing with a go-getter mentality to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take on high-volume responsibilities with accuracy and urgency.
The selected candidate will be responsible for processing and closing 200–250 service tickets daily, verifying invoices, and ensuring all mark-ups are accurately captured. Fluency in French (written and verbal) is non-negotiable for this role.
While this position is not currently designated as temp-to-hire, exceptional performance may open advancement opportunities within WM for the right candidate.
- Receive, verify, and process 200–250 service tickets daily with accuracy and efficiency.
- Accurately close service tickets to ensure proper revenue capture for all services provided.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and outstanding issues within set deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files.
- Respond promptly to internal email requests.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to accounts payable and billing.
- Fluent in French (written and verbal) – Required, non-negotiable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work with speed and efficiency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
