Level III Dye Penetrant Inspector

We're seeking a Level II Dye Penetrant Inspector to provide essential inspection, analysis, and support to our Quality Team. You'll play a vital role in achieving our quality objectives. This role offers the flexibility to report to the Quality Manager, Inspection Supervisor, or Section Leader, depending on current needs.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Lead and execute testing across the production cycle: Perform Work in Process (WIP), final inspection, and detailed dimensional and Non-Destructive Testing (including Dye Penetrant). Maintain accurate records throughout.

- Prepare essential reports: Generate reports for products and customers, collaborating with staff as needed.

- Support source inspections: Ensure customer requirements are met during source inspections.

- Contribute to our Quality Management System (QMS): Assist with calibration, MRR, DMR, RMA processes, and more.

Requirements:

- High school completion or equivalent required.

- Minimum of two years’ experience in a technical or inspection role preferred (e.g., quality, engineering).

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and use of basic hand tools (micrometers, indicators, etc.) required.

- NAS-410 certification required.

- Must be able to work the afternoon or midnight shift.

The selection of the person to be hired for this position is contingent on the candidate having export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
