Summary

As a Lease Operator at Spartan Companies, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our energy assets. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service and maintaining operational excellence throughout the lifecycle of our projects.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations at assigned lease sites to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

- Monitor production levels and perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Coordinate maintenance activities and repairs for pipelines and other equipment as necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment status, and maintenance activities.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.

- Ensure proper operation of heavy equipment and tools used in daily operations.

- Assist in training new staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.

- Communicate effectively with management regarding site conditions and operational challenges.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Lease Operator or similar role in the oil and gas industry.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on pipeline operations and heavy equipment handling.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in energy services.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

- Experience operating forklifts and other heavy machinery is preferred but not required.

- Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques is a plus but not mandatory.

- The current schedule is 7 on 7 off, 12-hour days, working NIGHTS
