Looking for lawn care crew leader

•

Must have reliable transportation - valid and clean Drivers license REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS

•

Prior lawncare experience required

•

Must be able to work in all weather conditions: heat, cold, snow, rain, etc.

•

Must be able to lift 50+lbs repeatedly for extended periods of time

•

Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time

•

Good communication skills preferred

Lawncare Crew duties include:

•

Managing and directing crew members to divvy up work and ensure team is working well together

•

Safely operating power tools and heavy machinery/equipment

•

Mowing grass using commercial riding or push mowers

•

Trimming and hard edging

•

Bagging and removing lawn clippings

•

Working directly with Office Manager to remedy and complaints or concerns received from clients

Typical hours

•

Our crews work Monday - Friday

•

Start time is generally 7am for lawn care crew; but can vary depending on weather or time of year.

•

Our crews generally finish the day around 4pm - but sometimes work late or finish early depending on the schedule for the day or the job's progress

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
