About This Job

Green Cut Inc is a commercial landscape maintenance company looking for qualified self-starting individuals to help maintain municipal, commercial and large residential landscapes. If you have experience in commercial mowing and a strong attention to detail, you may be the perfect fit for this job.

Responsibilities & Duties

•

Must have a clean valid WI driver's license, be punctual & reliable, hardworking and success driven. 40-50 hours per week with some days requiring 12 hours. This position is very physically demanding.

•

Experience with heavy equipment, commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, pruning equipment, sprayers, landscape construction, etc. REQUIRED

•

Pruning & planting skills are highly desired. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

•

Responsibilities include training, quality control, communicating with your crew & others, general machine maintenance and utilizing scheduling software to ensure accurate billing.

•

Duties include lawn cutting, line trimming, landscape bed maintenance (spraying/pulling weeds), pruning, light equipment maintenance and various other tasks as assigned. Snow removal is required during winter.

•

Minimum 1 year commercial landscape maintenance or horticulture background is required. This does NOT include mowing your mom's lawn. Experience must be listed on your resume.
