Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader - Gardener

This position is a great fit if you enjoy working outside, like working on multiple properties around the lowcountry, and want a position where you are given the time and resources to leave a property picture ready. We are looking for a detail oriented person that enjoys working on a high preforming team for high end residential gardens. Ideally you have two years working in residential landscape maintenance or a combination of schooling and experience.

The Crew Leader position is responsible for execution of the daily & weekly maintenance routes for high-end residential clients. Continuing education is important in this role and we provide both on the job training and additional compensation for additional certifications.

We are in search of an individual with two (2) years of experience in the Green Industry (Landscaping, Greenhouse/Nursery, Forestry, or Environmental Science) to learn to lead a crew maintaining some of Charleston's most beautiful gardens.
