Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties. Your work will involve various tasks related to lawn care, landscaping, and landscape maintenance, ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are healthy and visually appealing year round.
EMPLOYMENT TO BEGIN AROUND APRIL 1ST, 2025
Responsibilities
•
Perform regular lawn care activities, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
•
Operate commercial mowers, trucks, trailers, and other equipment.
•
Maintain and monitor landscapes to promote healthy growth.
•
Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
•
Execute snow plowing duties during winter months (as needed.)
•
Conduct tree trimming to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees.
•
Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
•
Dig and prepare soil for planting or other landscaping projects.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is required.
•
Familiarity with power tools and landscaping equipment is a plus.
•
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. (Hot/Cold)
•
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
•
Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods.
•
A valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.
