Back To Nature Lawn & Landscape is seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and care. This position involves a variety of tasks, including landscaping, irrigation, sod installation, and turf maintenance, to ensure our clients' landscapes are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

•

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.

•

Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns.

•

Build landscape features such as flower beds and retaining walls.

•

Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to promote safety and efficiency.

•

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications

•

Experience is required.

•

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge to operate various landscaping equipment effectively is preferred.

•

Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.

•

Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

•

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

•

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
