Landscape Estimator / Office Aide

Estimator / Office Help Wanted for Landscaping contractor

Must know how to do:

Plant and tree takeoffs and verifications from blueprints

Sod takeoffs

Mulch takeoffs

Must be able to type up bids from blueprints

Must be able to use excel and word

Spanish speaking a +

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Able to communicate with general contractors, architects, and city inspectors

Able to call in for underground locates (training available)

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to run errands (as needed)

Help with answering phones

Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
