Be responsible for the overall performance of the Enhancement Division, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure the crews consistently perform high-quality work by understanding customer/AM requirements and profitably fulfilling them, while following company policies and procedures, maintaining all operations and safety standards. The overall success of a project depends on the Enhancement Manager’s ability to clearly communicate, understand the scope of work, estimate and schedule, manage to a set budget, and control direct costs such as labor, materials, and subcontractors.
