Purposes: Serve Green Teams clients and meet Green Teams financial goals by proactively recommending, designing, estimating, pricing, and presenting new and enhanced landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage systems, hardscapes, water features, landscape lighting, and other site improvements.
LE sales and design/estimating experience (2 years) or formal horticultural and/or design training (2 years).
· With the help of account managers and other sales leads identify prospects that need LE proposals
· Create and execute a daily and weekly sales plan (average 3 LE presentations per week). Document contacts, estimates, and sales using LMN software.
· Present LE proposals, follow up with modifications if necessary.
· Inspect and measure needed elements of the landscape.
· Design new landscape, irrigation, hardscape, site improvements, water and lighting features as needed.
· Source materials to meet designs, obtain written quotes for materials with submittal information if necessary.
· Prepare our cost take-off to determine the cost of providing our landscape enhancement services.
· Prepare written proposals including designs, site photos, presentation images, and pricing options for client.
· Coordinate with account manager and LE supervisor to ensure production can execute the project to client satisfaction.
· Ensure all supporting tracking reports are updated with the LE projects
· Follow-up with change orders, quality control review, and project close-out.
Compensation: $62,400 base salary plus 2.5% sold and collected LE projects of 45%+ GPM
Goal: $20,000 LE sales closed per week = $500 commission at 45%+ GPM. Bids on existing designs have a 1% commission to a $1,500 max per project.
LE sales $1.04M by this position at avg. 45%+ GPM = $24,000 in monthly bonus
$30 per week bonus once ISA certified arborist achieved or TNLA or NALP certified professional or TCEQ irrigation license
