Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to commercial landscape installation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with experienced landscapers to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
•
Perform landscape installation tasks as directed, including digging, grading, raking, installing pipe, sprinklers, plants, trees, bark and turf.
•
Operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
•
Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
•
Irrigate landscapes according to specified guidelines to promote healthy plant growth.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of landscaping projects.
•
Follow safety protocols while working in various outdoor environments.
Experience
•
2+ years of previous experience in landscape installation is preferred .
•
Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
•
Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks is beneficial.
•
A willingness to learn about tree care, irrigation systems, and plant maintenance practices is essential.
•
Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are necessary for success in this role.

Pay: $30.70 per hour
