Landscape Company Manager

The successful new hire will need a background in horticulture or landscape installation. He or she should have experience in managing 3-4 crews and have experience in sales, landscape installation, irrigation repairs and landscape maintenance. Spanish is a very big plus, if not required. Applicant needs to be task oriented and work well under pressure. Applicant needs to be comfortable thinking out of the box and creating quality solutions for almost impossible situations. Applicant must be patient and convey ideas/directives well but with authority. Applicant must also be ok getting dirty in a pinch. Successful hire would meet with the company owner every morning, divide tasks, and execute.
