Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various landscaping tasks that contribute to the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with other team members to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
•
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
•
Utilize power tools and hand tools for various landscaping projects such as planting, digging, and building landscape features.
•
Assist in groundskeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas.
•
Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
•
Care for trees and shrubs by performing pruning, fertilization, and pest control as needed.
•
Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations.
Experience
•
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
•
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is advantageous.
•
Knowledge of groundskeeping practices, including snow plowing techniques, is a plus.
•
A strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
•
Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance is highly valued.

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
