Opportunity Overview:

Contract - Laborer Lead (Outage Technician)

You will work at a Nuclear Plant Project onsite in Surry, Virginia.

You will report to the Site Manager and Electrical Oversight Supervisor.

You will work 40-50 hours per week for 11-12 months.

Permanent US Resident or US Citizenship required.

Your Day-to-Day:

- You will work as a laborer/outage technician with Lead responsibilities.

- You will report back to the Management team of any potential problems, working interference, and any schedule deficiencies.

- You will assist in resolving any issues.

- Lead the laborer/outage technician team to complete the project meeting milestones set for the project.

Who You Are:

- 1+ year of experience in a labor role.

- Proven skills as a leader.

- High school graduate or the recognized equivalent is required.

- Must pass nuclear background and fitness for duty.

- Must be able to safely lift and move 50 lbs. unassisted.

- Will work 10-12 hour day or night shift.

- Work will be 40-50 hours per week.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $30/hour to $33hour.
