Production Foreman

Primary Responsibilities Include:

- Supervision and scheduling of employees in the Processing, Shipping and Maintenance departments. Position reports to Processing Supervisor.

- Accountable for upholding Safety, Production, Quality, and Environmental standards: including implementation and enforcement of Plant Safety Manual, Quality Manual, and Environmental Manual.

- Accountable for Cost Control

- Maintain equipment to meet production goals

- Maintain Parts & Supplies inventories

- Assist with Record keeping requirements

- Assist with Shipping Department

- Load Verification

- Shifts are 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am

- Qualifications:

- Good verbal and leadership skills

- High School diploma plus additional education and/or pertinent job experience

- Knowledge of methods, materials, and equipment used in the manufacturing process, maintenance, and repair activities

- Basic computer skills are desirable: working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets

- Written communication skills

- Ability to ascend/descend heights to inspect/evaluate equipment such as overhead crane and dust collectors

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
