Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual for the position of a working foreman. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction operations. This role involves overseeing project schedules and working alongside the rest of the crew on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control and effective communication among project teams.

Responsibilities

- Oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

- Operate heavy equipment on-site/ labor alongside crew daily

- Read and interpret blueprints and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution.

- Manage project schedules effectively, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of work are maintained.

- Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project.

Skills

- Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.

- Heavy equipment experience

- Experience with project scheduling and budgeting within the construction industry.

- Excellent blueprint reading skills

- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.

- Construction site experience is essential for understanding practical challenges and solutions.
